Worksheets with multiplication and division facts only, no addition or subtraction. The answer is the row, the letter is the column, and the shaded squares build a picture.
What the worksheets practice
- Times tables in both orders, for example
3 × 4and4 × 3. - Division facts, for example
56 ÷ 8. - Multiplying and dividing by one (
1 × 7,7 ÷ 1) only as a fallback.
The answer is a row number, so 15 at most. Few multiplication facts have such a small product, so a sheet has more division than multiplication.

Which grid and picture to choose
The 10×10 grid is the usual choice and 15×15 makes a longer sheet. There is no 18×18 grid here: answers above 15 have too few facts.
There are 92 pictures to choose from (49 black-and-white, 43 in color). Depending on the picture, one worksheet has 22–107 problems.
Multiplication and division facts worksheet FAQ
Is there division with remainders?
No. Every division comes out exactly.
Why is there more division than multiplication?
The answer is a row number, 15 at most. For 7 the times tables only have 1 × 7 and 7 × 1, while a division fact exists for every number: 14 ÷ 2, 21 ÷ 3 up to 70 ÷ 10.
Can I practice a single times table?
Not yet. The worksheets mix all the times tables up to 10.
